Just a short note to say how satisfied we are with the door sensor fitted last September 2016. It has given us great peace of mind to know that our Mother’s movements through the night are captured. I have had occasional calls at 10 30pm, 02.30, and early morning from the call centre asking to check on Mum who suffers from dementia.

The sensor which is programmed to suit the hours of darkness and times when we are immediately unavailable have been programmed into the call centre. Care Directs engineer has dually obliged at no extra cost to come and change  the times to suit as the days grow longer / hour change and carers visiting mum at home.

I have found the administration staff and the installation staff always most efficient, helpful with queries and most of all the kindness and patience shown by the installation staff in explaining and demonstrating the use of the alarms to the elderly to be so kind and understanding and away above the call of duty I hope we will be dealing with them for many years to come.

I would just like to pass on my sincere gratitude to your engineer, who recently installed a fall detector in my grandmother’s home.

Your engineer was professional, kind, warm, engaging and was everything that a representative should be from the company. He explained everything in a simple context, without being patronising, which my grandmother greatly appreciated.
